With busy schedules, constant notifications and the pressure to keep up, many of us move through our days on autopilot – our minds rarely get a moment to breathe. Over time, this constant mental load can affect both emotional and physical wellbeing. That’s where mindfulness comes in.

This half term, families are invited to bounce into the ultimate soft play adventure where climbing, crawling, sliding and giggling a real part of the daily schedule. From energetic toddlers to fearless little explorers, there’s something for everyone to enjoy (and yes, parents – there’s space for you to relax too!).
