We’re looking for an enthusiastic and professional Fitness Instructor to support members, deliver gym inductions, supervise the gym floor, maintain equipment, and promote a safe, welcoming fitness environment. You’ll provide advice and encouragement to customers, support wellbeing programmes, and represent Active Luton positively. We are looking for a friendly and organised Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact at our centres, providing a welcoming and professional service to visitors and members of the public. You will handle enquiries by phone and in person, process bookings, memberships and payments, support sales enquiries, maintain accurate records and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of reception. The role also involves administrative duties, operating computerised booking and payment systems, setting up small equipment and ensuring reception areas remain clean, safe and welcoming. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and administrative skills, confidence in handling cash and payments accurately, good IT skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, with an understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion.
