Grab a paddleand get ready for some fast-paced Paddle Tennis!
For children aged 11-16.
Perfect for all skill levels, you will learn the basics of grip, stance and rallying in a friendly, supportive setting. Our sessions focus on fun and fitness, encouraging teamwork and improving hand-eye coordination, all while having a great time.
All equipment is provided. Just bring a bottle of water, and wear comfy clothing and trainers.
Fridays 4pm –5pm

Learn some of the basics of boxing and increase your fitness and energy levels in Lewsey Sports Parks superb Studio 3 Boxing Area.
Work on specific skills and techniques, such as sprinting, throwing, long jump and many more.
