For the first time, our brand-new strength equipment features tracking sensors that give real-time feedback on your technique, counts reps, and monitors your weight load – making us one of the first gyms in the UK to offer this!
We’ve also added Hammer Strength Equipment, specialized machines like the Glute Bridge and Glute Drive, plus a 10-metre sprint track, extended stretch area, and a new perimeter rig for even more training options.
With our state-of-the-art Life Fitness equipment syncing to the Life Fitness Connect app, tracking your workouts and progress has never been easier in the gym.
Inspire is a world class, multi-sports facility which in addition to our fantastic gym, also includes two swimming pools with a Poolpod for inclusive access and a wide range of fitness classes. The centre is a hub of activity for both the local community and elite athletes.
