Feedback

We really appreciate your feedback and welcome any comments you have about any of our centres or services.  To tell us what you think, make a suggestion or lodge a complaint simply select the relevant centre below and fill in the feedback form.  You can also find comments cards prominently displayed in the reception areas of our centres – or simply ask at reception.

We are committed to acknowledging any feedback within three days and investigating, if necessary, and responding within 10 days.
