Develop the skills to assist with or deliver activity sessions:
Active IQ Level 1 Award in Assisting the Delivery of Health Related Activity SessionsThis course aims to provide you with the knowledge and skills required to assist with planning, preparing and delivering a safe and effective activity session for a group of participants.
Active IQ Level 2 Certificate in Leading Health Related Activity Sessions
By taking this course, you will learn to plan and deliver activity sessions which promote health and fitness.
Can you swim? Would you like to assist with or teach swimming?
ASA Aquatic Helper / Leader course (non accredited)This course is designed for anyone wanting to assist on pool side as part of a programmed activity. You will be able to help with a club/group activity under the guidance of a qualified Swimming Teacher.
ASA L1 Assistant Swimming Teacher Courses
The course is great if you are interested in starting a career in teaching swimming or want to assist a Swimming Teacher.

England Athletics Leadership in Running Fitness
A one day Leadership training course which qualifies and insures leaders to deliver safe and fun running sessions, suitable for Running Club Leaders and other Group Leaders.
Walking for Health Leadership course
A one day Leadership training course which qualifies leaders to deliver safe and fun walking sessions.
Learn about First Aid for Adults or Children
Level 2 Emergency First Aid at Work
The course will equip you with the skills and knowledge to undertake basic first aid and emergency action until further qualified medical assistance is available.
Level 3 Emergency Paediatric First Aid Course
To equip candidates with the skills and knowledge to recognise various medical conditions and carry out the basic First Aid until qualified medical assistance arrives at the scene.
