5 ways we’re getting teenagers more active

Do it for the gains

Cardio, fitness classes, weight training and more…ensuring you’ve got the right equipment to get active is what we do best. With the latest Functional Training equipment, Hammer Strength weight area and Life Fitness equipment you can have your pick of the bunch. You can analyse your cardio workout by downloading the LF Connect App (allowing you to bring your outdoor workouts into the gym) or manage your swim using our free SWIMTAG wristband. Both allow you to view your calories burnt, pace, distance and time.

Whatever your reason for working out, the overall benefits to your health are much more than just physical. Exercise encourages you to look at your body in a different way. Helping to boost confidence, feel more comfortable in your skin and, overall, feel more positive about yourself.
