Our group fitness classes are the perfect way for you to have fun while working hard to achieve your health and fitness goals. With over 170 classes to choose from, at 8 venues across town, there's bound to be one to suit your fitness level and your lifestyle. We have a range of group fitness  classes plus some great new development classes (which give us and you, an opportunity to try something new before we see if its worth adding to the standard class timetable).

Development Classes 

We also offer a range of taster classes under a development class timetable. A new timetable is produced every 2 months so that we can assess how successful they are. If they prove popular, we add them to the standard programme, if not we drop them and introduce something new. So YOU decide ! Have a look at the latest development classes
