No Limits is Luton and Bedfordshire’s inclusive sports programme for people of all ages with disabilities.
The aim of the No Limits programme is to create and support more sustainable opportunities for people with disabilities to take part in regular sport and physical activity, based on the ethos that there are:
- No Limits to an individual’s involvement
- No Limits to an individual’s aspiration
- No Limits to regular participation in sport in Luton and Bedfordshire
No Limits aims to improve access to and delivery of inclusive sport for children and adults with all types of disabilities in safe, supportive and friendly environments.
Inclusive activities available in Luton range from community-based after school activities including multi-sports, football and swimming at a variety of locations to adapted bike sessions at Stockwood Park Athletics Centre.
Check out the activity planner for lists of inclusive activities aimed at children, young people and adults in Luton or download a copy of our No Limits leaflet here.
We work closely with local partners and associations to create more accessible opportunities for everyone in the community.
Our Inclusive Fitness Initiative (IFI) accredited gyms at Inspire: Luton Sports Village and Lewsey Sports Park also mean that everyone receives a warm welcome and are able to participate in activity with our range of adaptable equipment.
Active Luton’s pools all welcome swimmers with disabilities and there are pool hoists at all three pools to assist with entering and leaving the pools.
