Exercise and an active lifestyle can work wonders for physical and mental wellbeing, whatever your age, health status, ability or gender.
Working closely with local and national organisations, Active Luton has created a range of inclusive sports activities and health and wellness programmes. Priority groups including women and girls, people with disabilities, older people, young adults, people with long term medical conditions and many more are all benefitting from opportunities to get active in friendly, sociable environments at much-reduced rates.
Click on the links opposite for more information about our programmes for people with long-term health conditions and leisure and social activities aimed at specific groups.
You could check out your health status before you start by using our Health Station based mainly at Inspire: Luton Sports Village – it only takes 4 minutes!
