The chief executive is responsible for leading the strategic development, resource management, performance reviews, communication, investment and financial strategies and ensuring the overall effectiveness of all Active Luton services. The key focus is developing a strong culture of continuous improvement of all services to achieve the companies business objectives.

Helen is also responsible for developing strong partnerships with community organisations and key stakeholders to ensure that the organisation delivers against its key themes of education, health & well-being and stronger communities.
