Luton School Sports Partnership (SSP) is based around an infrastructure of Secondary Schools working with their feeder Primary, Junior & Infant Schools.

Each Secondary School has a School Sport Co-ordinator (SSCo) who works with the Primary Link Teacher (PLT) based in each of the Junior Schools.

Barnfield College & Luton 6th Form College host Further Education Co-orindators (FESCo) that link with the SSP network.

A Competition Manager is employed to enhance and develop the range, quality & pathways of competitive opportunities. 

The SSP Team is led  by 2 Partnership Development Manager (PDMs) who oversee the running of the partnership.
