This superb pre-season training for 11 yrs old and over offer provides:

 

• A 6 week fitness programme with access to your own fitness professional.
• Individual player fitness testing at the start and end of the programme.
• 1 hour per week exclusive use of the new Profiles studio at Luton Regional Sports Centre.
• Weekly programmes, using a mixture of cardio vascular and strength & conditioning machines.
• The option of a corporate membership deal for your club.
• A Go4Less card for each member will need to be purchased (additional charge up front charge of £2.30 child and £4.20 adult) to then benefit from further savings on activities for a 12 month period.

Cost – £243 for the 6-week programme

Average weekly cost of £40.50

Average cost per player £2.50 per week (based on maximum 16 players) 

 We are now taking bookings for teams for July through to September and places will be offered on a first come first served basis.
