Start taking small steps to better health
The British Heart Foundation, Diabetes UK and Tesco are inspiring people to take small and achievable steps to live a healthier life. Active Luton is delighted to have been chosen to work with the partnership to help get people in the town moving by taking part in our ‘Let’s Do This’ Health Walks.
About the Health Walks
Our Let’s Do This Health Walks vary between 30-60 minutes and start from Lewsey Sports Park or Hightown Community Sports & Arts Centre. The Walks are suitable for all fitness levels and as well as getting fit, they’re a great opportunity to socialise and get to know the local area. All you need is appropriate clothing and footwear.
Refreshments are available at both centres – stay afterwards for a drink and a chat!
10 for £10 voucher
When you sign up you will also receive a 10 for £10 voucher which will enable you to enjoy 10 other Active Luton activities for just £1 per session.

Venues and times are:
Lewsey Sports Park: Wednesdays, 9.30 - 10.30 am, meet at reception
Hightown Community Sports & Arts Centre: Fridays, 9.30-10.30, meet at reception
