Functional Training Classes

It's time to try something new...

 

 

  • Just turn up on the day and register during the “reserve your spot” window at the Profiles desk. No booking required
  • Only one session per site per customer per week
  • Please ensure that you are prepared for the session by completing your own warm up and cool down
  • Please be aware that other customers will be using the equipment at the same time you
  • Sessions last for around 18 minutes
  • Spaces are limited
