Dell Farm is an inspirational education centre for learning outside the classroom situated opposite Whipsnade Wild Animal Park and within easy reach of many areas of stunning natural beauty. Set in 23 acres of land, including two acres of farmland with child-friendly farm animals, Dell Farm offers both residential and day programmes and holiday activities.
Our centre is staffed by Active Education’s highly experienced and knowledgeable instructors and is the perfect venue to spark curiosity, create interest and develop character building traits likes self-confidence, determination and resilience.
The nature of Dell Farm means that programmes can work across the curriculum and day or residential visits are built round the needs of pupils and desired learning outcomes.
There’s also lots of exciting activities including climbing and bouldering using our 20ft indoor climbing wall, caving and tunnelling in our purpose-built system and orienteering to keep the most adventurous engaged and having fun.
Programmes are developed in conjunction with teaching staff for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stages 1 and early Key Stage 2 children.
